This project involved the sensitive conversion of a former banking hall into a luxury aesthetic clinic, creating a premium clinical environment while carefully retaining and celebrating the building’s original architectural character. Key heritage features, including double-height ceilings and the original bank vault, were preserved and repurposed to enhance both patient experience and brand identity.

U Clinic

This project comprised a two-stage fit-out programme to update and significantly expand an existing clinical facility near Sevenoaks, Kent, creating a high-quality environment for specialist surgical care. The works were carefully phased to allow the clinic to remain operational while major improvements and expansion were delivered over a period of approximately twelve months.

Aesthetic Clinics

Refresh Medispa, Amersham

This project involved the complete transformation of a run-down former retail building, most recently used as a nursery, into a modern clinical aesthetic venue serving the community of Amersham. The property was presented in shell condition, requiring full technical, regulatory, and design assessment before redevelopment could proceed.
